For years I claimed neutrality, thinking and believing I was so spiritual and so evolved. In reality, I had not yet met my inner turmoil … I was simply bypassing the war between me and me.

Each one of us has OI or Original Intelligence. Our OI lives in and as the body. The body always knows and will tell us what it knows.

It was more, the before thoughts started to become not true anymore. This is a critical juncture. I could have ignored this development and carried on per usual.

When you turn off the faucet that feeds others’ expectations, they do not like it.

Connecting with the current of love, light and joy that runs through you, you connect others to theirs.

It’s the courage to BE all of who you ARE. Whether tidy or messy, pretty or ugly, filtered or unfiltered, polite or uncouth.

Once I remembered the truth, I could see how the lie had cut the heart out of who I came here to be.

It’s been nearly 20 years since my Soul roused me from my deep slumber state.

First off, my living has informed me that the need to relate comes from a deep desire for connection.

From this place, I know who I am. This internal knowing of Self guides everything.

Whatever it is for YOU, it is not up for debate. You don’t need to take this to a committee vote. You don’t need to seek anyone else’s permission.

In the moment, she realized how hilarious this notion was that she needed someone else’s permission …
